It’s shocking that they charge for a burger £18 BUT it ends up being left because the taste is awful. I left the burger, the chips, my daughter’s pepperoni pizza is awful and my husbands chicken honey mustard sandwich is disgusting and no trace of the honey mustard. We paid £48 for basically bin food. I don’t recommend this place to eat at all, it charges you for a higher end restaurant and it’s a 1 star one. The only upside is the park outside and the theatre for this south hill park. Don’t waste your money.

Very nice Afternoon Tea. Selection of egg mayo, cheese and pickle, cheese with tomato and ham with mustard sandwiches. Raisin scone and a good selection of cakes. £23.95 per person

1 person taking tables of 4 and was very busy. Wanted to eat in but no space. Then had to transfer my coffee to plastic one because we cant sit outside and eat in...? Wasnt happy about it and service wasnt really there

We have enjoyed coffee many times on the terrace but on Wednesday 29 April it was so poor we took it back to the counter and left - weak and no froth. I hope it’s not economising, using poor beans or trying to make a flat white with less than a double shot.
