Popped in here for some fish and chips. Decided to eat in which was nice. Place was clean and tidy. I ordered large haddock and regular chips. The food that came out was gargantuan!!! I haven't seen a piece of fish like it. It was cooked to perfection. Crispy batter, piping hot, no bones at all. The chips were crispy and also piping hot and once salt and vinegar applied, heavenly!!! The staff were helpful and polite. Not a bad price considering the size of the fish... It was like Moby Dick's leg!!

Ordered large fish and medium chips today, fish was excellent size and okay, the portion of chips was very small all hidden underneath the fish, after calling them to explain, and although they offered us more chips if we went back, we are a 10 min drive away, just serve the correct portion in the first place. Very annoying

Ordered cod, chips, chicken burger royale, and panko shrimp. Cod is crispy on the outside and soft white meat on the inside. Chips were good quality, dis not harden easily. Chicken burger royal had fresh ingredients but was a bit wonky served as I saw the chef just chuck in the patty without care on to the prepared burger patty with the fresh ingredients. Panko shrimp was as expected and good sized.

Unfortunately witnessed the owner bullying his staff whilst collecting my order. Too broke to pay for advertising so the owner threatens young employees with the sack if they don't promote his app. I would suggest the young lady take them to an employment tribunal as his behaviour was unacceptable and unlawful.
