It's hard to find a Hall and Woodhouse pub where we are, so it was great to find this pub. The Peacock Farm is an outstanding example and our visit was first class. Badgers brewery is responsible for some legendary ales and their craft range (Outland) is even better. We had 6 different beers and every one was perfect. The food was brilliant with a very varied menu, but not over the top. The decor is really beautiful - traditional but clean and it feels very homely. We recently hired the function rooms at Peacock Farm for a 1st birthday celebration. We went for a Winnie the Pooh theme and the aesthetics were perfect! The staff were super helpful on the lead up to the event, especially Kyla. On the day, they let us take over the rooms and we all felt very relaxed. I would really recommend this function space to anyone! ✨

I had my Mother's Wake at the function rooms. The venue was perfect, three rooms, with oak panelling, paintings, leather stuffed chairs etc. Kyla and her team were fantastic, she helped me organise it, and on the day nothing was too much trouble. She even got the Tanglefoot beer back on. Food was delicious, especially the scotch eggs,and plenty of it. Gave my Mother a great send off. She would have loved the food.

Peacock farm is a regular dining location for me and my family, we went here for my brothers 21st, for my birthday, for my dad's birthday! Though they dont do any special birthday offers. Its just a good place for food and drink. Beer garden is open and wide great in the summer for those warm eves. Food is great. Not loads of choice though. Its either you get a lunch menu of awesome choices Or a dinner menu thats mostly a random varied meal or burgers. Prices for burgers are around 17 quid, and its burgers and chips. Nothing crazy.
