My son took a bite of his parmesan and realised there is a sharp object in his mouth when he took it out we realised it was a dicer metal blade which was in the parmesan! He could have swallowed this and died, i am appalled and shocked at the health and safety standards of the shop and how this happened without any staff realising. I am absolutely shocked and disturbed by what had happened with our order. This could’ve caused serious injury or worse to my son. This is not just poor quality control – this is a massive safety hazard. We expect our food to be safe to eat and not to contain sharp
