Went to smokehouse yesterday with some friends I want to start by saying customer service was incredible. I ordered a brisket which was unfortunately on the dry side, I informed a member of staff (unfortunately can’t recall his name) was very lovely about it and said that the brisket would be on the house and for me to get anything else off the menu, I got a steak (medium rear) cooked beautifully and the flavour was on point. First time visiting here, menu was small and concise (nothing wrong with that!). The food was note worthy, but nothing to write home about, it didn't have the expected portion sizes that the prices suggested. For example, the so called "buffalo wings" were just small tiny wings, not the size you'd expect, and the Angus beef burger was relatively small compared to others for the same price. I visited Smokehouse today with my family, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was completely unsuitable for families. Inappropriate songs containing swear words were being played throughout the restaurant. We complained once, and while the music was changed temporarily, the playlist soon returned to playing more inappropriate content.
