£6.45 for a bit of syrup and lemonade? At least add a garnish to make me feel like it’s a proper mocktail. Our waitress was good, but everything else fell apart. Our order was mixed up and wrong but since the kids were hungry we had to eat the meal as it was. New waiter had no idea what we ordered or what was on our plate. Kitchen obviously completely ignored the order the waitress had written down. On top of that bank transfer for payment?! Food portion not worth the price. The food was great. We ordered the bolognese dough balls to start that my partner and I loved. For mains we had a chicken and fish parmigiana. They tasted great and the chips and sauces were brilliant. Overall we were really happy with the food and the service. The only down sides I would say are that the table settings are so close together l, obviously they are trying to make the most of the small space they have but it’s not the most comfortable having to sit so close to other diners. Taken to a family table that was filthy and smelt very bad so asked the waitress to clean it. There was only one girl and totally ignored us after ordering 7 meals and mocktails. I was sat next to a cutlery stand with a cleaning spray and tissue so cleaned the table myself. Food took 55 minutes to arrive one plate at a time with one mash missing. Half cutlery missing so helped myself to serve the missing cutlery (felt like being at my kitchen serving everyone not eating out!) Sisters started eating while I Waited another 15 minutes for the mash to arrive leaving my chicken steak meal cold. Rep

Went as a group and they were able to accommodate us well. Tried most things on the menu and was definitely impressed with the loaded fries and parmos. Creamy pasta goes really well to. Drinks menu is amazing especially the funky mocktail types. Will be returning soon. Keep up the good work.
