I have absolutely no idea what’s going on anymore. I bought a load of kebabs and samosas today, proper looking forward to them. Got home, grabbed a samosa, took a bite… and nothing. Just pastry. No filling. No flavour. Just vibes. At first I thought, nah, must be a bad bite. So I took another bite. Still pastry. We went for a proper desi breakfast here on Monday between 9-10am. The restaurant tables were clean and there was lots of seating. We ordered typical breakfast items such as 1 Chai, 1 Halwa, 1 Channa, 4 Puri with 2 meat & 2 chicken kebabs - Total £18! very reasonable, cash only. The food arrived really quick (less than 5 minutes). The halwa and channa were both delicious and you could tell they made it with care as compared to other breakfast places it had very less oil. The tea was hot and fresh made with proper milk, served in a proper cup which is a rarity these days. The puris were massive

Was overcharged and when I went back to the counter to ask for the missing item (halwa) I was told I never paid for despite being charged for it. This happened on morning of 31st May. Whats more frustrating the guy next to the one who served me showed him the calculator twice but goes to his college hes alreay been told the bill. The tall young lad who speaks great English is not honest! I would recommend people to calculate your bill prior to paying!!
