I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time, but after this visit on 2nd May around 8:20pm, I’m honestly shocked at how bad the experience was. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had anywhere. The lady in the pink uniform was extremely rude, unwelcoming, and clearly has no understanding of basic customer service. From the moment we walked in, her attitude was off. very rude staff there was no customer service skills at all. One staff member in particular rolling her eyes when she was asked to serve us. Then when she did serve us there was no hello and friendliness just dirty looks and straight up rudeness. she was also shouting “for gods sake” everytime a deliveroo order came through. was not a nice experience at all.

Not for those with diabetes or sugar related conditions! Otherwise it's absolutely lush and I wish I could eat there every day, but I'd probably have a heart attack within a month! Waffles are amazing but so are crepes and the bubble juice is soooo tasty! I will warn you, if you find a favourite you probably won't try much else, so try to remember to be diverse!
