previously last week waited 45 minutes for a chicken nugget meal now this week decided to treat myself to a coffee after work waited 15 minutes for a coffee… Service is disgraceful… McDonald’s need to hire real people not teenagers… I understand teenagers are trying to make a living but he needs to improve and they need better training. This is the state of my coffee today ‘ toffee nut latte’

Food ordered and pick up displayed on app. An hour and a half later, the food arrived stone cold. Even the coffee was cold. Only 5 minute drive away from McDonald's but due to working on house, decided on delivery. Would definitely avoid delivery as never have I ever had such cold food delivered before. Money wasted too.

So…..very….slow…. “Just waiting on your fries” despite multiple portions going out to Uber eats and drive through… Not the first time this has happened. A 15-20 minute seem standard at 11pm. Poor service and attitude. Also… your milkshake lids aren’t a good fit and leak over car seats…

Everytime I’ve ordered from here I end up with stuff missing, as little as no sauces and happy meal/adult friends toys to full meals being missed. Very disappointing
