A neat cafe close to the station. Clean and smart with art for sale on the walls and exposed brick work with original mouldings. The service was excellent and so was the coffee. Two minor draw backs for me were the smoke from the grill at the front of the shop which doesn’t seem to have any ventilation and the wobbly tables. Otherwise very good.

Dropped into Café Coho in Brighton just before closing, and despite it being near the end of the day, the welcome was still warm and friendly — no sense of being hurried out the door. I ordered a strong flat white, and it was exactly what I needed: rich, full-bodied, and clearly made with care, even that close to closing time. The café itself has a clean, stylish feel without trying too hard — relaxed but with attention to detail.
