It was a wonderful vibe, with authentic Japanese food and wonderful service. The waiters and waitresses were very friendly. The salmon sashimi is a must try, it was thick-cut and wonderfully tender. The side dishes were also immaculate. The special sauce in the ika mayo was sweet and the squid was crunchy but soft on the inside. Very decent in the busy area of Brighton.
