One of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a naan and kebab and what arrived was absolutely disgusting. The naan was dry and lifeless, the kebab was bland, rubbery, and tasted nothing like proper meat should. It honestly felt like zero care went into preparing it. To make matters worse, the sauce tub that came with the order was completely empty. Not half-filled… EMPTY. So I was left with dry, flavourless food that was already barely edible to begin with. Then came the biggest shock — the “meat” was clearly bulked out with soya beans. This was never mentioned anywhere. Mixin

Got to know about this restaurant from the cab driver(from Pakistan) who suggested us this as I asked him for best Pakistani/Afghani dish around Bristol for a typical Afghani dish. So I went with a bunch of friends(7 in total) to this shop which is just 2 mins from Bristol sweet Mart(BSM). And we ordered the following 1. Full chicken tandoori(which came with fries, mayo, chilli sauce, hummus) 2. Chicken tikkA 3. sheesh kebab 4. Chicken jalfrezi (2) 5. Chicken dry masala 6. Chicken biryani 7. Alwaha has been going downhill for a while but this establishment has somehow managed to hit the mantle of the earth, even lower than rock bottom. I have ordered food countless times in the past only to find that the curry is odd or rice has a slightly odd smell. Today when I opened my food I was met with what can only be described as 3-4 day old biryani. It was sticky, foul smelling and just disgusting overall. Nihari was tasteless and way too thick. The naans were doughy and probably uncooked in more than one spot. The food also arrived cold, which is just typical of alwaha. STEER CLEAR OF A
