I had the worst experience with Bento Boss yesterday when my partner and I went out for lunch. we ordered Pho for him and sushi for myself with fried chicken to share. The miso soup to be eaten with my sushi was brought out 20 minutes before the sushi was out I couldn't be bothered to take a pic of my bento box). We are returning customers as we have been coming back here countless of times since 2024. It used to be one of our favourite restaurants. However, how can I possibly come back when my food is out after his 15 minutes repeatedly for over 3 times already? I used to work in restaurants

I’ve been a regular customer at this restaurant for quite a while, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Today, when I walked in and headed toward the seat I usually take, a short hair middle-aged female staff member unfriendly stopped me and asked, “Do you have booking?” The restaurant was quite empty at the time, and on every previous visit I had never been stopped from seating myself.
