I showed the staff a video on TikTok of a Dubai style waffle to see if it was still on the creams menu, it wasn’t, however the staff offered to recreate it which was really nice. Anna made the waffle perfectly, it was saucy and she was so cute and excited to show us. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, food came quick, it was saucy and warm!

I visited the Brixton Creams branch yesterday for the company‑wide 18p birthday offer. Unfortunately, this location refused to honour the promotion, stating it “does not apply to this franchise,” and a hand written sign in front of the register confirmed this. Many customers, including my family, were disappointed after arriving specifically for the offer. Even if franchised, it’s still operating under the Creams brand, so the inconsistency felt unfair.
