I hadn't been to an Ethiopian restaurant in far too long. The last few times that I've had Ethiopian food I've been so very impressed and it was well overdue time for me to indulge again. After doing a cursory bit of research Zeret Kitchen was easily the highest rated option in London. So I decided that I would certainly be visiting. I took the opportunity to make a booking on my wife's birthday weekend as this gave us a chance to visit along with our daughter. The food was spectacular obviously but I must reserve special praise to the service. We were lucky to meet the chef Proprietor Tafes

I travelled a long way to Zeret to try Ethiopian food after seeing all the amazing reviews, and I’m so glad I did—it was absolutely worth it. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine warmth. Such a tasty meal with the most hospitable owner. She wanted us to experience her cuisine and treated us to lentil and chickpea dishes which were divine, on top of the insane chicken and beef. If you haven’t had Ethiopian food before, this place is where you should start.
