Amazing place all around - service, food and overall experience! The service we received was incredible, with polite, thoughtful and considerate staff that, you could tell, were really doing their job in earnest. The food was also miles above average pub grub; we had the scampi as a starter - they were freshly prepared in light, crispy batter and tasted amazing. Honestly we were shocked how amazing the staff were from the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left. The girls and the bar and restaurant who are all young could definitely teach others how to be to customers. The choice of food were good and the food was loverly. The Charles Dickens is the place to go for the best pub food in Thanet. Their vegan breakfast is incredible, the steak and chips I had recently was the best i've ever had and the Sunday roasts are just everything ❤️ The staff are amazing and the views just top everything off. My kids love coming here for lunch too!
