Insanely bad. The whole restaurant is just full of Deliveroo and Uber eats drivers climbing on top of each other to collect orders. Horrible atmosphere. Literally no space for customers to even order. No staff are present at the counter, so when they mess up your order (which they do 90% of the time) there’s no one there to speak with. I can’t help but feel like this is intentional design. The drive thru is a joke as well, every time you order they get you to park up in a parking area which is always full. Then 20-30 mins later someone brings you a bag of cold food. What’s the point in having

We rarely visit as the service and atmosphere in this place is really poor. If you eat in the anti social behaviour can be really bad and it's never challenged by staff so I don't like bringing my children here as it feels unsafe. The drive thru is pot luck and you can wait 20 plus minutes at peak times. We've had wrong food orders and often items from the menu aren't available. I even asked if I should park up when paying and was told yes, when I went in 15 minutes later to query I was told I wasn't told that, why not just say sorry for the mix up and move on rather than start an argument? Watch out for the new one hour limit on parking on site. Because with the typically slow service here, you could very easily exceed this before you've had a chance to eat. On our last visit we waited nearly 40 minutes for food and ended up getting a penalty. To be fair, we’ve almost always had to wait ages here - the number of Uber Eats and delivery orders being processed is ridiculous. But now, on top of that, you’re basically racing the clock to stay under an hour, which isn’t exactly easy when you’re trying to feed kids. Always find a new way to baffel me with every order No straws? Not much of an issue Missing sauces? Oh well shame about the £0.50 But... This time i ordered food for my family and im missing almost the entire order other than the drinks this is a new low... Tried going through support, which if you know its an absolute nightmare didnt even get the full refund and half the time they tell you to wait 15 days by that point you forget about it and dont even get a refund Not to mention during school run the resturant is completly packed!
