My son brought us to this Yemeni restaurant for low budget good food. Spot on good 😊. The Fahsah was amazing.. it was chicken cooked with whipped fenugreek in a claypot. I had ordered this by mistake due to miscommunication.. but it turned out to be a better choice. The lamb biryani was good too, if you like lamb. All the dishes came with complementary soup (a-bit too sour for my taste), tomato salsa, salad (free refillable) and lemon wedges. We ordered naan and hummus in addition. Been coming here for breakfast a few times. First time, they tried to charge me £10 instead of the £8 price – I caught it and they changed it. Today, they did it again, saying the extra £2 was for card payment. No sign about any fee, and that’s not allowed. Really disappointed – feels like they’re trying to rip people off. Won’t be going back until they sort this out.
