Once again on our visit to pretty in Frasers meadowhall we're we eat at least once a week. We never have any issues with the food or service. What I do find is that they allow 4 tables to be take up by gamers who have there lap top and figures on tables taking up spaces were people should using to eat and have a coffee nit just one coffee and stay for hours.

Not happy with the visit today. Ordered a ham and cheese toastie. Only one table available but the small table left was full of previous customer`s dirty cups and plates. Not much room for my meal. I checked staff and they were in a group talking and there was no customers waiting to be served so I feel they should have been concentrating on clearing tables. After a few min the next table became empty so I put them all on there and finished my meal. Toastie was nice but not cut in half on one piece of the bread and no knife was provided but I managed to eat it carefully. A new customer came to

This was our first time trying "Pret" at Meadowhall and unfortunately our last! The 2 young ladies working their had stern faces and didn't know how to smile or even greet customers with a simple "good morning" or "Hello". I asked if they did toast and got a straight "NO"! So we ordered a large Latte, a large tea and 2 croissants. We were given semi skimmed milk with the tea and I asked if I can change that to "skimmed" (we weren't even asked what type of milk we wanted when ordering). She took the Milk away and slammed the new milk pot onto the tray. We paid £10.08 and I was shocked at how sm
