Popped in for a coffee yesterday with my fiancée and I have honestly never known such poor service. The young lady that took our order was fantastic, (unfortunately I cannot remember her name) however the young lady called “M” (I won’t leave her full name) that shouted the names obviously didn’t want to be there and the customers were quite honestly a distraction from her chats with other staff members. As you can imagine Meadowhall is rather busy and loud yet “M” believes saying names at normal volume then turning her back on the customers with no labels on drinks and leaving the customers to

We ordered cookies and cream frappe and a tiramisu frappe. Both were fantastic, but the staff needed to smile more. And they didn't ask my name to add on the cup.....🥲

Popped in for a quick breakfast, Egg 🥚 Bites were very nice and served at a good temperature [sometimes they lack heat] and the cappuccino was delicious. Well done and thank you to the staff concerned 👏 and a Happy New Year to you too 🤗

The worst and slowest service I have ever seen in my life. The man on the iced drinks on 26/4/2026 at 13.30pm speaks in monotone and is ineligible. They did not even ask for a name on the order and we had to wait 20 minutes for a single iced drink. Awful.
