My local BK and food is way better than Micky D's. It's clean and plenty of parking. Atmosphere is a bit dull, but that can't be helped as the surrounding location itself is dull. Staff are attentive and pleasant. I go there often. Only negative is that you can't currently use App. To make orders!! Hopefully will be resolved soon.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my visit to Burger King in Burton-on-Trent really stood out—mainly because of Paula. She greeted me with such warmth and friendliness that it instantly made the experience better. Even though it was busy, she stayed calm, professional, and genuinely attentive. It’s clear she cares about customers and takes pride in her work. The food was fresh and spot on, but Paula’s excellent service is what made it memorable.
