Gill P★★★★Needed a quick dinner. Searched for a Chinese restaurant. Found Zen close to the Angel Hotel in Bury. The restaurant was quite busy at 6pm on Tues night. We were served promptly. They did bring out our starters and mains together. Service was efficient. Food was very good.

The pork is tender and the chicken is moist with a perfect sear. The zen special noodle dish is a staple, probably the only noodles you'll ever order that don't need any additional sauces, the balance is just there.

My husband said his noodles felt not properly cooked and clumpy, but the flavours in the sauce were good. My chicken was exquisite. Duck roll starter was a little pricey but tasty.
