Came to the Pilsworth store with my young children, and was greeted by a very polite and well mannered security officer, i think his name is Frank? He was very helpful, and even said hello to my children. Its so nice to see a friendly face when you walk in the store.

Fab new meal deal which is a good price and has lots of good options. Love the yo sushi rainbow salmon bowl. George section nice and spacious with lots of offers on. Only issue is they only have 2 changing rooms so you can often have to wait up to 20 minutes to try something on. Love the cafe and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

What has happened to the create your own pizza? Been in a few times and the stand has been shut. Went recently and was told rather abruptly that its only open in the morning now. Theres no signage telling customers this and I dont appreciate being spoken down to like its common knowledge.

I shop here 3 or 4 times a week because of the convenience more than anything else. I thought I’d buy a small piece of beef for Easter Sunday for a change instead of Lamb. I wish I hadn’t bothered. After cooking it with care and consideration,testing it to make sure the juices ran clear,it turned out to be the toughest piece of meat I have tried to eat in my life. I will never buy any beef or steak there again!
