Genuinely the worst Nando’s I’ve been to. It wasn’t even busy when we sat down. We ordered two loaded fries on the app, and they came within about 10 minutes, but both were really poor with barely any chicken and a lot of burnt cheese. I asked for one to be remade fresh. By the time I’d nearly finished my meal, the replacement still hadn’t arrived, so I asked someone to check on it. When it finally came back, it was made incorrectly as it was a breast instead of thigh, and the chips underneath were stone cold. Georgina, the manager, went above and beyond tonight. The food was really good, and the peri chips were a standout. There was a little bit of a wait, but it made sense given the sheer amount of orders they were handling in all that heat. Overall, still a great experience.

Music booming out at nightclub level, had to ask for the volume to be turned down. Manager talking to staff telling them what to do whilst taking my order, rude! Charred corn not charred at all. Chicken thighs just about hot. Chicken burger served with cold chicken. Took it back and they replaced with one just about warm. If you want food poisoning come along. Won't be back . Avoid at all costs

The ice machine had been used so had to wait 5 minutes for that. When I did use I then went to pour a Diet Coke but post mix had ran out had to wait 5 for that. The saving grace was Callum’s service and that bloody good chicken. Left happy which is the main thing xx
