Very impressed on the whole. I felt the food was good value for money. Not the best food I've ever eaten in a restaurant but good for its price. Service was very attentive without being too intrusive. Efficient too - considering how busy it was, the food was brought to us at a good speed. We were in a side bit so missed some of the atmosphere of dining in the main part of outside on a warm summer's evening but it did mean that it was quieter and we could enjoy good conversation. All in all, I'd happily eat there again.

Bao bun basket was very filling, loved the fries! Would definitely recommend. My sister enjoyed her flat iron steak too. Everything ok the menu is halal too which was a plus! Our server was Freya who provided a great service to us, will be back for sure :)

Visited West Ivy in Bury Town Centre on a warm Sunday afternoon. It's a lovely venue with plenty of outdoor seating, which made it a great place to relax in the sunshine. I also liked that drinks could be ordered from the outdoor service point, meaning there was no need to go inside the building. Unfortunately, my experience was let down by the drinks service. My Coke arrived flat, and when I mentioned it to staff, they replaced it with another Coke that was also flat. I was then informed there was an issue with the gas system due to the heat. Had my baby shower here (17/5/26) and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The service was absolutely excellent from start to finish nothing was too much trouble, the food was brilliant and everyone commented on how lovely everything was. Thank you for making us all feel so welcome & for helping create such amazing memories — highly recommend and would definitely return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
