I’d been meaning to try Vincenzo’s Pizza for a while, so I finally gave it a go. I initially tried ordering on a Friday night, but they were completely sold out—which shows how popular the place is. They run a pre-order system due to demand, so I booked a lunch slot for the next day. The location was convenient, only about an 8-minute journey from where I was staying. This was our first time trying Vincenzo’s Pizza after seeing it all over social media, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We pre-ordered the night before to dine in. When we arrived, all the tables were taken, so we had to wait. A staff member kindly offered to hold off on making our pizzas until we were seated so they’d be hot and fresh, which we really appreciated. I’d heard a lot about it, but had to see for myself… and it lives up to the hype. Unreal pizza. Had to try a mix, so went for: Pepperoni (slice) – San Marzano tomatoes, fresh & low moisture mozzarella, grana padano, pepperoni Spanokopita (slice) – mozzarella, grana padano, feta, creamed spinach, garlic oil, hot honey Vodka (grandma slice) – mozzarella, grana padano, spicy vodka sauce, oregano, EVOO and the pesto. Really easy ordering process. Parked at Kemps Place car park, very short walk, guy opened the door for me (probably doesn't happen all the time😅) and was polite and friendly. Got the pizza within seconds and left. Pizza was delicious. Best I've had in UK probably and glad I finally tried it after so long living in the area. Will be back for more for sure as it's on the way back from work.
