I was here the Sunday just gone as I thought someone recommended this place to me. Turns out I was thinking of somewhere else but I'm very glad I ended up here. I now have somewhere to recommend to others, I've already recommended it to a couple friends and definitely want to come back myself. I ordered the fried baby squid which was perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of batter. It was tender but very slightly crispy, not at all soggy (like fried items can be if coated in too much batter). I ordered summer rolls and wok fried chicken noodles. Summer rolls were paired with peanut sauce, which was my favourite. The amount of sauce was sufficient. But I would say the most impressive one is the wok fried chicken noodles. I can really smell the “wok fried” once it was served on table. The noodles were hot, which proved to be freshly wok fried instead of setting aside for a long time waiting for delivery to my table. Ingredients were simple but the cooking skill was marvellous. Been to this place many times and the food is consistently good. Have tried different phos in the past and always happy with them. Good broth. Noodles cooked perfectly. If you just have the pho on its own, you might find the noodles not enough - well so I always asked for a bit of extra. Today I had the house pho and it was pleasant too. Mind the Birdseye 🌶️ they are hot. Will definitely return.
