This Caffè Nero is a fantastic spot right in the heart of Canary Wharf. The cafe is in Jubilee place mall, not outside. The staff are always super efficient, which is a lifesaver when you're on a quick coffee break, and they manage to stay friendly and professional even during the busiest rush hours. The coffee is consistently excellent, as you'd expect from Caffè Nero. What I particularly love about this branch is the atmosphere. I’m a regular on weekends at this Caffè Nero and always have had a great experience. A special shout out to Hanan because her service is so good and welcoming. She always makes my coffee perfectly and recommended the honeycomb americano which was amazing. Quick and friendly service every time. I will definitely be back!

I love matchas from here however, the service is very disappointing. I entered today where one customer was being served by a male cashier and two baristas preparing while the forth female employee was back facing the till point on WhatsApp! Leading me to question if any one was serving unfortunately, the lack of acknowledgment and service caused me to turn to Starbucks!
