Big let down from the chain. Staff rude, or "selectively" nice.. And not lgbt+ friendly as they claim to be on corporate level... Who knows knows... a/c in "conservatory" room isn't on, I felt sick, told staff, was treated with contempt and patronised. Wasted money, food, time and had a below standard experience. Stores in central London are far busier and staff has real working standards. The Pret is nice, but the air conditioning makes the place far too cold, so it is hard to stay for long or do work comfortably. I asked a member of staff if they could turn it down, and she said they had to keep it very cold due to food regulations, whatever that means. Honestly it feels like it may be kept that cold more for the staff’s comfort than the customers. They should consider setting it at a reasonable temperature so customers can sit comfortably.

We come here for lunch brake on daily basis . Whole team are amazing. Yesterday Lakshman Ababish welcomed us . They are so friendly and smiley and kind to us . No matter how tired they always happy and polite . We absolutely love this place and would recommend it to everyone. The best TEAM of super humans ❤️
