Funny enough I’ve never actually been to Yolk in person, but I’ve been ordering from them ever since my previous manager treated us to a payday breakfast, and honestly, I’ve been absolutely addicted! This time, I ordered from the London Bridge branch through Uber Eats, and I have to say — the delivery standard was absolutely incredible. Super fast, everything arrived warm, neatly packed, and completely intact! They even included utensils, napkins, and a clever drink holder to keep the drinks and overnight oats from moving around. Used to be good but not any more. When sandwiches are barely filled and the stupid system of calling out names instead of order numbers means other people end up taking your order because they misheard. The chicken sandwiches don't even have enough chicken in them, it's mostly the salad!

Unfortunately, very disappointed with the quality of food I received . Meat was cold and stale, rice pretty much uncooked very hard to chew and basically you can feel it being uncooked or possibly an old batch. I really hope you can improve for the future as unfortunately on this occasion it was very much not worth the money at all. Thanks

No seating, quick ordering via self service screen, amazing healthy sandwich salad and hot food options also general cafe drinks coffee and matcha. Food prepared quickly, had steak Benedict which was amazing, would try other dishes again
