Had a horrendous experience today in the morning at this store!! White lady and Indian lady (medium height) both managers refused to acknowledge me or serve me my order that I paid for and preferred to deny me my paid for order even after showing order confirmation. They were both very rude and non accommodating to a paying customer. Unacceptable service and treatment. I eventually got my order after speaking with a "team member". I would like to share a concern regarding my recent experience at the McDonald’s location near the Silvertown flyover in Canning Town. I travelled approximately four miles to collect an order, only to be informed by a staff member, identified as Gabriel, (he said cancel the order with say anything) that the order would be cancelled. This McDonald's, conveniently located directly opposite Canning Town Station, offers blazing-fast service and step-free access to its upper-level seating area. However, be warned: my recent experience was uniquely disappointing. My hash browns were a soggy mess, completely stuck to their wrappers. I recommend checking your order before leaving to avoid a similar disappointment.

Very disappointing experience at McDonald’s Canning Town (Silvertown Way) this morning. I placed a mobile order via the McDonald’s app at around 10:30am and did not press the “I’m here” button until I actually arrived at the store around 10:40–10:50am, as per the app process. Orders should not be prepared until arrival is confirmed. After arriving, I waited 10–15 minutes while customers who came in after me were served.
