Don't expect your food order to contain everything that you ordered, half of the time they will forget to add what you ordered (missing fries from a meal, missing components from a meal, or replacing your order with something entirely different). Food usually arrives warm at best, and customer service can't make it any more obvious that they're trying to avoid customers. Recommended to avoid to prevent further disappointment.

Twice in 2 weeks I have had problems here 1st time ordered 2 friends meals 9 nuggets have 8 in each box with not friends toys was told to come back down to the store to collect them ( I’m not wasting more of my time and fuel to do this was told I would be sent a voucher on email never received, 2nd time no fries in happy meal and a tikka wrap that looked like a punched in lasagne. Will be useing the store in canncok town from now on

I visited this store today used the drive threw for happy meals for my grandchildren.. carried in with my journey while my granddaughter was eating her food and drinking her drink next to me .. once arrived back home I noticed something in her cup which was a kids coke so once removed the lid I could only describe the object as like a rubber pedal bike cover or something she had been drinking rubber floaters in her drink .. I’m absolutely devastated at this she is 3 years old . I have tried contact the store numerous times no joy I have tried to contact customer service no joy it is an absolut

Only sent half an order out! Quarter pounder and fries missing and only half a milkshake sent out! Will never order from these incompetent idiots again! Then trying to get a refund cause they won't resend order out is an absolute joke! Where are you getting these useless staff from that cant even get a bloody burger and fries right!🤬
