Good place to sit and have lunch during a shopping spree. Fantastic, friendly service from start to finish. Food is consistent with other branches. I went for the classic American Pizza with a can of their exclusive beer, the Pizza Pale. My wife opted for the Fiorentina Pizza and an Orange Juice. Both of us enjoyed our lunch.

We booked table for 5 at 5pm. Ordered around 5.20. It’s 6.10 and food just arrived. Pizza looks good but service is terrible. If manager wasn’t here, we would eat probably much later. The atmosphere is noisy and hectic. I do not recommend this place. Food look delicious. Various pizzas and Cannelloni.

Me and my family came here and it was great. Once we entered we sat and the waiter was so kind. We ordered and he communicated very well. Whilst waiting for our order to come out we saw a pair of people come in. One of them was gluten free and had an allergy he was very helpful and gave them an allergy book in case she needed it and he was patient with her when ordering. The service here is amazing. I’m honestly horrified by what I experienced at Pizza Express today—so much so that I felt compelled to write this review. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but today left me completely shaken and upset. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a dismissive attitude. I politely asked to be seated on the other side of the restaurant, only to be told that I couldn’t because staff were supposedly having their lunch there.
