We booked a enviable room for my partners birthday and when you look at the website all looked perfect and we were very much looking forward to our stay, when we arrived the location was amazing central to canterbury and the lobby and cocktail bar looked amazing exactly how it was described it had a luxury feel...sadly once we went into our enviable room we realised the description was not up to scratch, very much like ordering at a fast food restaurant where the picture and the product differ so much the disappointment is great, the bathroom in particular had a towel rail ready to drop and a

Fantastic hotel, right in the heart of the city. It is just steps away from bars, shops, and restaurants. The rooms are very well maintained and spacious. You'll have ample space to sprawl out. The bathrooms are pristine, clean, and include very fine shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. The bed was luxurious, perfectly comfortable and soft. The staff is friendly, prompt, and flexible. The major downside I would say is the TV. It seems very outdated, could use an upgrade to a smart TV. That's the only room for significant improvement.
