I’ve visited the McDonald’s in Canvey Island many times over the past 12 months, and every single visit has been excellent. The restaurant is always impeccably clean, which really stands out compared to many other places. There’s also a disabled lady who works there with a bad arm who is always incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. She’s consistently gone above and beyond every time I’ve been in, and she’s an absolute credit to the store. Another thing that impresses me is the food presentation. Every time I’ve visited, the food has been put together exactly how it appears on the menu

Opening times are not as published, last Friday it shut at 23:00. I tried to order ahead on the App at 22:30, the App stopped working at 19:57. I had to order in the restaurant and the POS screen would not accept my code. After 35 mins of trying, I managed to order. It took them 13 mins to produce the order. Many of customers were waiting too, several getting the wrong items in their orders. I had previously asked for an Americano, was given a Chocolate Shake, I only realised when I took a sip, the drink to me, was vile and I had to wait another 5 minutes for a coffee. Every time we go we have to park up only for them to forget items. This has to be the worse McDonald’s and it’s a shame that it’s the only one on the island. It’s no longer fast food and even when it’s slow the chips are cold and they can’t get it right.

I personally think that McDonald's at canvey is excellent the staff are so very helpful and welcoming. And I was very impressed with the staff . And there is a wonderful selection of scrumdidlyumptious food and drinks to choose.
