Visited Crispy Dosa in Cardiff with a group of 8, and even though the restaurant was absolutely packed, we just walked in and they still managed to accommodate all of us, which was really appreciated. The vegetable biryani was very tasty and full of flavour. The chips were also really nice and crispy. Everything was fresh and enjoyable. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and I enjoyed my meal very much. We visited Crispy Dosa in Cardiff yesterday and ordered Masala Dosa, Poori masala, and Sambar Vada. The food was okay overall, but honestly quite moderate. The Sambar Vada was disappointing as it did not seem properly cooked. The inside still felt raw, while only the outer layer was cooked. The chefs and kitchen team definitely need to improve the quality and consistency of the food. However, one person who really stood out was Harsha.
