We visited Miller & Carter to celebrate our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect! The atmosphere was warm and elegant, making it an ideal setting for such a special occasion. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and celebrated, especially Angie and the service was impeccable from start to finish. Our meals were cooked to perfection — the steaks were tender and full of flavor, with every dish beautifully presented. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I visited this steakhouse in the city centre of Cardiff with some work colleagues and it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. The place already makes a good impression from the outside, and inside it’s equally beautiful. The décor has what I would describe as a transitional style, combining modern elements with more classic touches, which makes the space feel elegant but still relaxed. We booked in advance for our 30 wedding Anniversary on Thursday at 1830 Due to rain we arrived early which was no problem. We were shown to our table and our Table manager Hugh We ordered surf and turf Fillet steaks with veg, Salad & chunky chips. Pepper corn and red wine sauce. Cooked to perfection and served with a bottle of Merlot perfect. Sweet was Cheese cake Salted caramel profiteroles and Coffee. Service was excellent and Hugh a total gentleman for our evening.
