Had the best night here in June 2026. The food was fantastic, loved absolutely everything and the cocktails were delicious. It was busy, but we weren’t rushed, even if we did hang about longer than necessary. Big shout out to Alex who looked after us all so well. We visited Ivy Asia in Cardiff and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was easily one of the best we have experienced in Cardiff, with beautiful interiors, a lively ambience and a real sense of occasion from the moment we walked in. The food was excellent. Every dish we tried was full of flavour, beautifully presented and felt special. The flavours were rich, fresh and well balanced, and the whole meal felt like a proper dining experience rather than just another restaurant visit. First visit today, would definitely come back soon! Food, service and atmosphere was brilliant. We had the Experience tasting menu, thoroughly recommend, could not pick a favourite, everything was incredible. So much variation, we are also big eaters lol and we were more than satisfied. Amazing interior design. Delicious food served in a beautiful setting. Very nice, friendly and competent service. You can choose whether you want to eat with cutlery or chopsticks. The DJ live was a very nice complement, but club music does not match this restaurant at all. I would prefer oriental, Asian music. But overall the place is really recommendable. The prices are not low, but reflect the level of the restaurant. I recommend it to celebrate special occasions or romantic dinners for two
