After a long walk back from the Giant's Ring, this was a nice stop as well as one of the better meals I had in Belfast. Chips, black pudding, and a delicious steak sandwich, the cherry cola cocktail was great as well. Bit spendy, but nothing I consumed felt like it wasn't worth it.

Maybe I’m getting old. Ate here peak time Friday night- about a quarter full. You cannot fault the food. Beautiful scallops with maybe the tastiest chicken dish ever, rounded off with probably most of the kitchen sticky toffee pudding- the portion was huge but welcomed. As I said maybe I’m getting old- I wondered if the economics were wrong when the service and food was faultless. If a dish was 10% cheaper would the footfall increase 25-30% ? Only a question. Would not recommend, food was decent but nothing special. Waitress seemed like she would rather be anywhere but there to be frank, management should look into better wages or treatment as this is not the first time we have visited and seen this. Prices were extortionate for what it was £30 for a morsel of chicken a potato and some green beans, this visit was the decider, we won’t be back.

We had brunch here after hearing a lot of good things for a while. It was only okay. The place is nice and the staff were good. It was a Sunday brunch. The food was average I have to say, not overly tasty. Decent ingredients for the fry but not amazing. The bang bang chicken was also just fine. Some of the dishes had a good price point compared to other places in Belfast. However, what really annoyed me was the service charge added to the bill. There were only 2 of us and it was very quiet. Why are you adding ‘discretionary’ 10%? I know it says ‘it’s distributed to staff but it’s not the US, s
