We attend all the parties here Halloween, bonfire night, Xmas. The best event is breakfast with Santa they always put on a great event for the kids. So many christmas crafts and the build a bear this year was so cute you could not help but go awwwwww. Bacon and sausage butties and ups of tea and coffee were on offer for attending parents. The pub has also Very reasonable prices and great family atmosphere. Amended. 15.12.25. Just back from the best fire works display I have seen for many years... it was worthy of a London new years display. Absolutely brilliant night.

We went to wedding function in the back room/sports room, it has been recently done up and looks brilliant. Mahoosive tv to watch the sports on, and more around the room. As I say we went for a wedding so no sport on that night but can imagine that in the world cup it will be an awesome place to watch the 3 lions. We did not have food so cannot rate it, so hence the 1 star. Thankyou

A great, warm, and friendly pub with large indoor and outdoor areas and a big car park. All the staff greet you with a smile and are happy to chat, and even the locals make you feel welcome. The food is good and reasonably priced. They hold lots of different events and acts, and it’s always a great day or night out. I’ve had a few parties here and have never been disappointed. The landlord and lady are lovely, helpful, and always go above and beyond to meet your needs, whether it’s food, a dressing room, or anything else. It’s just a great pub. Dogs are allowed too — what more can I say? Gi

Great pub, with a nice chilled atmosphere in the day. Staff are very polite and welcoming. The food is good and reasonably priced. Has a great beer garden for when the sun is out. They always have offers on for alcohol. Kid friendly too in the day, with a small play area in the beer garden 😀
