This place has the finest I’ve ever tasted; so tasty and moorish that your mind insists you need another slice. The muffins, wow, get me out of here now. Way, way too succulent and delicious… Highly recommended .

I went to Muffin Break in Chatham, the Pentagon Centre on Friday 8 May and I asked for a salted caramel frappe. I tried it and I didn't think it had enough salted caramel syrup in it and I asked either Tharangi or Usman and I said I would pay for the extra syrup and the guy gave me two extra pumps of salted caramel syrup for free and it tasted so much better after that and I just wanted to say thank you so much for going the extra mile for me that day, it made my experience there incredible. I am writing this review to document a concerning experience I had at this café. During my visit, I ordered a slice of cheesecake and discovered what appeared to be mold on the dessert. I brought this to the attention of the staff, but instead of addressing the issue appropriately, they immediately took the plate away and insisted that it was not mold. I then requested the cheesecake back to take a photo of the mold and they refused and gave a replacement. This was tried by two individuals whereby it was agreed that it tasted similar to nail varnish. What followed was even more disappointing.

Best tasting coffee in Chatham and the apple and cinnamon muffin is delicious. Tharangi and Usman are always welcoming and conscientious. The seating area is clean and tidy. Highly recommend.
