I was very disappointed with my recent visit. We came on a Thursday evening when the restaurant was not particularly busy, yet the cleanliness was shocking. Half of the dining area was locked off, and there were pieces of food left on the floor. In fact, I almost fell after slipping on food debris that had clearly not been cleaned up. The staff working at the grill looked uninterested, unfriendly, and gave the impression that they did not want to be there. The dessert selection was extremely limited, with many items either unavailable or nearly empty. Even worse, my favourite shrimps appear

We had a great time at Spoon World Buffet & Bar in Chatham! The food was tasty with a wide variety of options to suit everyone in the family, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. The restaurant was very busy when we went (Saturday evening), so I definitely recommend pre-booking a table to avoid disappointment, as there was quite a queue outside for those without reservations. Overall, it was a fun family dining experience and we’ll happily return! They need to improve their payment strategy as it a bit messy. There is a parking lot close by but I was told it’s always pretty busy.

First time here. I would definitely go back. The food very good. Staff member that served us when we arrived could have been a little bit polite, but we let that go. Walking through the restaurant and sitting at our table which was well laid out I thought the tables are too close to each other. The soft drinks seemed to be quite flat. But the food and rest of the staff could not fault at all.
