A lovely small sushi spot right in the city center, near the canal. The location is really pleasant, especially if you grab one of the outdoor tables when the weather is nice. The place itself is quite small, with around six tables inside and a few more outside, which gives it a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Everything was clean and well kept. We tried the pork ramen and the chicken udon — both were tasty and satisfying, although we personally felt they could use a bit more salt. The sushi was also fresh and delicious. I’ve been coming here for many years, and honestly, it’s still my favorite sushi place. Every time I order, I know exactly what to expect — fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, and amazing taste. The sushi always looks incredible and tastes even better. You can really feel the care and attention in every roll. The flavors are perfectly balanced, everything is fresh, and it’s consistently high quality. It’s rare to find a place that keeps the same standards for so many years, but this one truly does. I highly recommend it — I keep coming back, and that says everything.

Stopped by jet sushi for lunch and ate outside because it was gorgeous weather. Service was excellent and our waiter was so polite. Food was made fresh and tasted amazing. Ordered quite a few things for 3 adults and the total bill including a 10% serv charge was only £50. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning.

The best sushi in Chelmsford!! :D I’ve eaten in here many times with my uncle (who he himself is a chef that had spent years making sushi around the world), and when he recommended this place as the best in the city, I haven’t looked back! The owner and his staff are so talented and friendly. The environment is cosy, intimate, relaxing and clean. He works very hard to secure the most fresh items personally every week from markets at the crack of dawn. You just can taste how fresh and expertly made everything is. How much love goes into it is very clear. I’ve tried most of the other sushi place
