My husband and I came here for the first time and we were so happy we choose this Thai restaurant. Firstly the gentlemen who saw us in was warm and friendly and a character. We got a couple of non alcoholic beers to start, and the prawn crackers which had the most delicious satay and chilli paste served with them. We shared a mixed seafood starter which was divine, had various Thai dips to go with it. We also shared a pad Thai and a red snapper and a prawn dish. We went for dinner to Lanthong Thai Restaurant on Saturday. The food was really delicious, probably the best Thai food we have had in Essex. The service was also great. The host was welcoming and helpful when asking about the menu. The waitress also took my wife’s allergies very seriously, which is not always the case at other restaurants. There are lots of vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. Also a lot of dishes have tofu, which I really like. All in all we had a fabulous evening, and we will definitely be back again!
