A major disappointment in London. We were looking for authentic Italian food and ended up at this chain, but the experience was subpar. The food is average at best—bordering on poor—and the service was nothing special. We ordered appetizers, mains, and dessert, yet nothing met our expectations. It feels like a place designed for tourists who don't know any better. It's not even a budget-friendly option for the quality you get. There are so many superior Italian spots in London; I definitely wouldn't recommend this one and I won't be returning. Save your money for a more authentic meal elsewher

Had a fantastic meal in this incredibly busy restaurant. The staff were SUPERB - very knowledgeable and friendly, despite the pressure they were under. The service was made in good time and the food was excellent - and very reasonably priced. Would DEFINITELY visit again - the best Carluccio’s I’ve ever visited, by some margin and the main difference- THE STAFF. A slightly more mature FOH team than you would normally find in restaurants, but these extra years of experience, and, presumably additional staff costs, to afford such top quality waiting staff was paying dividends as the place was HE
