Had my second visit to this lovely eatery this morning, as its been handy to the car garage i use opposite for tyres on my car. Can not fault the quality or portion size at very reasonable prices. Very friendly and attentive service by the young lady both time's, highly recommend. Off topic,and I don't usually do this but having been here again and been very happy with my visit find the review by Bill not very representative or fair of this establishment and judging by his 'remarks he made on his first visit' I'd suggest hes a tough cookie to please. My favourite coffee shop was closed today so I decided to give Madisons a go. A friend had been there recently for a Full English and he recommended I visit as he'd enjoyed it. I was esurient so I ordered a sausage and egg sandwich to accompany my latte. I mentioned my all time favourite coffee shop, just over the road from Madisons, and described it as a hard act to follow. The reply astonished me in its arrogance. Madison's claimed it was better than that coffee shop due to the fact that they offered a lot more on their menu. I was also staggered by the fact that the person speaking admitted

I cannot rate this cafe highly enough. Myself and two friends used it as a lunch meeting place, and it was such a wonderful experience. The young woman who served us could not do enough to help. We are all visually impaired, and needed some assistance with the menu. We were served at our outside table, and she brought the card machine out to us. We were treated with such kindness. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes really good value. We were able to take time over lunch, and were not rushed at all. Thank you so much, and I would highly recommend.
