I had a disappointing experience here. I ordered a drink and waited around 10 minutes, only to find out someone else had taken my order. The staff did apologise and remade my drink, which I appreciate, but I still feel the situation was poorly handled. The name/order wasn’t called out or checked properly, which caused the mix-up and defeat the whole purpose of the name given during the order. In the end, I had to wait even longer for something that wasn’t my fault, while the other customer basically got rewarded an extra drink for free. Mistakes happen, but I think staff should be more caref

Friendly staff who provided good customer service. Lovely selection of cakes, didn't try the coffee. Its a shame this place is rather dark and really in need of a deep clean, better lighting and possibly a paint job. Avoid the bathrooms! Outdoor seating available. Only parking nearby is the market car park which can be expensive.

Staff is quick to serve and does a great job. Location is convenient but not a huge fan of the setup. Lot of space available but the venue is literally long with a corridor. Looses the vibe of a coffee shop. Overall lives up to the Starbucks experience in terms of food and service.

Every time I've ever been to this one of the two Starbucks in the town centre, the coffee has somehow looked and tasted worse than any other coffee shop, let alone Starbucks. Still edible though, so thumbs up on that fact
