Always spend some time here when visiting family. Good coffee and great service would recommend it for anyone who wants a nice experience with like minded people. Will be back next time for sure. First time I have been back for a few years. New staff who were very attentive and served me very quickly. The place has had a few upgrades and refurbishments. Coffee still good a bit more expensive than last time to be expected I suppose.

This was a lovely experience been here 2x now the food is brilliant and they have milk free options for me which I’ve been struggling with atm trying to find places who accommodate with it, the customer service is brilliant especially from the lad who was on today called Cameron, he was so polite and friendly and helped me out a lot. His energy and friendly vibe is just what I needed atm really made my day so Thankyou so much. You all deserve the best in life thankyou.

I wrote a review years ago and at that point it was the best Cafe in Chesterfield, sadly that's not the case anymore. The variety of food is good but rarely are they fully stocked, most of the staff look disinterested and scruffy, it is very dirty in places being in desperate need of a good clean and some renovations. It regularly smells of drains too. I get the impression there are too few people with too much work. I've held off writing this review but it's been this way for a good while now unfortunately.

Ordered an iced oat milk latte at Caffè Nero Chesterfield Town Centre and it was made with cow’s milk instead. When I pointed it out, the barista seemed completely unbothered and just casually asked if I wanted another one — no apology at all. Really disappointing experience, especially when dietary requirements should be taken seriously.
