Called today at around one and had the pleasure of having upstairs to ourselves. Staff were very polite and on hand should we have needed. The area was immaculately clean and the table wireless phone charger was a lifesaver for my daughter. Upon visiting the gents, I was dismayed to find a hot water tap pouring away and can only guess for how long so. All it needed was a wiggle and shut off. I reported this to staff who duly noted and said they were waiting for repair. Possibly keeping an eye on it, or even a paper sign saying not to use. I also noted there was a stall out of order. This place has forgotten about actual customers that make up their footfall and have solely focussed on the annoying trend of just eat and over eat orders. Had to chase my order numerous times with staff who can barely string a sentence together don’t know if that’s just tiredness, being hungover or just plain apathy who knows all whilst the managers stand chatting up the abundance of police officers at the doors. Says it all really - very poor place - don’t waste your time or money

The biscoff coffee is awesome and way cheaper than any cold coffee at costa or Starbucks. The staff are absolutely lovely and kind as well, overall the experience was very positive.

Ordered at said time of 21:26 and still haven't received my food in over 2 hours, the store closed 2 hours after I placed my order its currently 00:06 still without my order save your money people an order elsewhere. What a Joke!
