Not good overall. This venue has a couple of great chefs, who produce lovely meals. However: The place is not pretty, and I have often experienced it being untidy and dirty - including soap regularly missing from the toilet that staff and customers use. And although most serving staff are friendly and efficient enough, I have experienced significant poor service and attitude on more than one occassion. There are other bars and Italian restaurants in the vicinity with much higher standards, in my experience and opinion:

Superb, welcoming place. Waiter was absolute legend, very professional, managing the floor by himself! Service was quick, food was spot on! Deep fried cheese is a must, pizzas were nice and crispy. Definitely to recommend!

Waited an hour just to be served starters. If you expect your food to be cooked and served appropriately and in a timely manner you have to tell them this expectation in advance otherwise they will not treat every order equally. Carbonara and boiled chicken in sauce with boiled potatoes, bland and served only after requesting the bill to leave. £44 and disappointment for what was meant to be a lovely short meal.
